Marcus offers his services to local businesses, musicians, and brands and also works with international clients, managing everything from his sunny home office.

Standing desk and Ikea’s Markus chair (selfishly because of my name, but it’s also comfortable).

What features do you like most about your work space?

It’s small, cozy, and minimal enough to ONLY focus on work when I’m in there. Also, it has great natural light during the day, which is super essential to a productive day!

What are the biggest pros and cons of remote work for you?

Pros: better work-life balance, schedule flexibility

Cons: struggles with clear communication, feeling isolated/less connected with colleagues

Basecamp, Spotify, Slack, GSuite

What habit allows you to be more productive during the day?

Having a routine and consistency during the weekdays. I’ve found that having a set wake up time, break time, lunch, etc. will help you plan your day to be the most productive.

What are the 3 items you can’t live without while working remotely? (If you have a brand you love, please name them!)
